Braxton Fears, CCIM

Braxton Fears is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oklahoma and a member of the CCIM Institute. A long time Tulsa native, Braxton is proud to be associated with many hard-working business owners, non-profit corporations, and local governments through his involvement in commercial real estate transactions over the last 16 years.

A graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Accounting Braxton began as an auditor with Ernst & Young accounting firm working for clients such as Phillips Petroleum, Quick Trip and Williams Companies in the early 2000’s. Braxton launched in commercial real estate brokerage in 2005 with Trammel Crow Company representing large portfolio leasing projects for nationwide REIT’s such as Rreef, Thackaray Partners, and First Guardian Group. Throughout his career in the commercial real estate field Braxton has completed acquisition, disposition and lease transactions for many entities including Coca-Cola, QuickTrip, Jack in the Box, American Red Cross, The Muscogee Creek Nation, The Tulsa Housing Authority, Meals on Wheels, Walgreens and Cartridge World. Under his leadership Braxton’s team has averaged over $25 Million per year in transaction volume.

 
 
 

Ethan Shaffer

Ethan Shaffer graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. Ethan is a Tulsa native and has worked in the real estate market since 2016. Before starting his career in commercial real estate Ethan worked as a property manager where his experience analyzing leases and contracts provide great attention to detail.

 
 
 

John Corbett

John R. Corbett is a lifelong green country resident. After graduating from South Eastern Oklahoma State University he started his 12 year career in the commercial construction industry. While representing a US manufacturer focusing on architectural design he developed a cross-state team of commercial reps while simultaneously working on strategic national accounts. This experience brought a vast network of end users, development groups, architects, and general contractors.

As a lifelong athlete, in his free time, he enjoys giving back by coaching youth sports from Upward Bound basketball to recreational soccer. He also served as a board member for the regional chapter of the IIDA for 3 years and currently serves as an OSC subcommittee member for the adult soccer league in Owasso.
