Braxton Fears
Owner / Broker
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Braxton Fears is the Owner and Broker of Capital Commercial Properties in Tulsa, OK. Specializing in commercial leasing and investment sales in the retail, office, and industrial sectors, Braxton has earned a reputation for his strategic, results-driven approach to property transactions.
Braxton began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where he worked with clients such as Phillips Petroleum, QuickTrip, and Williams Companies. His strong financial background, with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Oral Roberts University and a CCIM designation, paved the way for his transition into commercial real estate in 2005.
In his career, Braxton has represented a wide range of clients, including Coca-Cola, QuickTrip, Walgreens, and the Muscogee Creek Nation, handling acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions. He has also led leasing efforts for national REITs such as Rreef, Thackaray Partners, and First Guardian Group. Under his leadership, his team consistently achieves over $25 million in annual transaction volume.
In addition to his brokerage work, Braxton personally owns and manages nine commercial properties, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by commercial real estate investors.

John R. Corbett
Sales Associate
John R. Corbett is a lifelong green country resident. After graduating from South Eastern Oklahoma State University he started his 12 year career in the commercial construction industry. While representing a US manufacturer focusing on architectural design he developed a cross-state team of commercial reps while simultaneously working on strategic national accounts. This experience brought a vast network of end users, development groups, architects, and general contractors.
As a lifelong athlete, in his free time, he enjoys giving back by coaching youth sports from Upward Bound basketball to recreational soccer. He also served as a board member for the regional chapter of the IIDA for 3 years and currently serves as an OSC subcommittee member for the adult soccer league in Owasso.
Allie Taylor
Marketing Associate
Allie Taylor is a Marketing Associate at Capital Commercial Properties, where she specializes in social media management, website design, and digital marketing initiatives.
A Tulsa native, Allie graduated from Holland Hall before earning her bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Digital Marketing from the University of Oklahoma in May 2024. She also holds a Google certification in the Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce.
Allie was drawn to marketing as a way to combine creativity with analytical insights. She enjoys developing data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement, leveraging her skills in content creation, social media strategy, and website optimization.
With a passion for digital marketing and brand development, Allie is dedicated to helping businesses strengthen their online presence and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.
